====== Connect to the Network Drive (Windows) ======

Map the members share from a Windows computer. You need to be on the Makerspace network (use **MakerspaceMember**, not guest Wi‑Fi). See [[:it:wireless|Wireless Information]].

===== Map the drive =====

  - Open **File Explorer**.
  - Right-click **This PC** and choose **Map network drive**.
  - Pick a drive letter.
  - In **Folder**, enter ''\\turnkey\members''.
  - Check **Reconnect at sign-in** if you want the drive each time you sign in.
  - Check **Connect using different credentials**.
  - Click **Finish**.

===== Sign in =====

Use the alternate login when Windows asks for credentials:

  - Username: ''turnkey\filer''
  - Password: ''0850''
  - Check **Remember my credentials** (Save Credentials).
  - Click **OK**.

The members share opens in File Explorer.

===== If it does not connect =====

  - Confirm you are on **MakerspaceMember** or a wired port in the building. Guest Wi‑Fi is internet only.
